Reflection #11

I keep thinking about what it will be like in the classroom and how the students will react to me. I'll be teaching first grade with my cooperating teacher and I am excited to. I just think that we all have to those little doubts about whether we can really do this and will it be effective for the learning of our students. Sure, it is easy make a lesson for our methods classes to look cool, but to actually make them effective in the classroom will really test and stretch out skills. We all still have a ways to go and there is much still to learn, but I feel confident that by the time we get into our own classrooms we will be very prepared.
